August 9th Weigh In – My Biggest Loser Challenge

After week 3 – The hard work and dedication is still paying off!!! I was down to 187.7
Week 4 is sneaking up on me, hoping the water weight and PMS doesn’t keep me down – I need to fight through this.

Even though I didn’t work out all this week, my water weight theory must have been correct. I was back down a little to 191.6, still a tad higher then my initial weight
I have sorted out my work schedule and WILL work out this week.

Well, my first weigh in did not go as planned. I worked very hard, stuck with my workouts and gained 2lbs. But I’m staying positive and writing it off as water weight from Aunt Flo
